Pick Up & Drop Off

The middle school has two entrances. The main entrance is on the west side of the building. The secondary entrance is on the east side of the building.

East Side School Pick Up:  NEW - Starting November 15, 2024, we made changes to the east side pick up lane to improve the traffic flow and make it a more safe and enjoyable experience for all.

  • The buses will no longer pick up students in this area.
  • Secondly we ask that when you enter the parking lot near the white fence, that traffic continues to flow to the north and around the loop in front of the school. Cars should not try to leave from the parking lot and go to the south. So, in other words it’s now a one way loop in front of the school. Lastly there are two lanes that run in front of the school. If your plan is to turn left out of the school on Roberts Ferry Road you should be in the left lane at pick up. If you are turning right on Roberts Ferry Road you should be in the right lane at pick up. We will see how this process works. If it still isn’t working well, we will try some other changes. Please follow the diagram for the traffic flow.

The road between the middle and high schools is exclusively used for bus loading and unloading. 

Late drop-off or early pick-up Procedures

If you have to drop your child off at school late, or pick them up early, you will need to use the main entrance on the west side of the building. The student(s) will need to be signed in or out in the Middle School office.

Parking

There is a parking lot on the west side near the main entrance and additional parking on the east side of the building and south near the baseball field. 
No parking is allowed on the road between the middle and high schools.
